EXCHANGE POLICY
PRODUCT VARIATIONS
Due to the handmade nature of our goods, there may be slight imperfections, pattern or color variations from one product to the next. These unique differences should not be considered flaws, but an essential part of your hand-crafted item. Please note that colors may also vary slightly from those seen on your screen.
SMALL GOODS + DECOR ITEMS
We accept exchanges within 20 days of delivery. Exchanges will be resent in another size/variation or as store credit. All items must be unused and in new condition with any tags still attached. Please contact info@maodesigns.com within 20 days of delivery.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please email info@maodesigns.com within 48 hours of receipt to resolve the issue. This does not include slight imperfections that are characteristic of handmade or vintage textiles. We are not responsible for refunds or replacements after this 48 hour window.
LARGE GOODS + FREIGHT SHIPPED ITEMS
All freight shipped items such as furniture, large rugs, art, lighting, made-to-order furnishings and large decor items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. We will provide a replacement if your order arrives damaged from the delivery company. Damages must be reported to the shipping company at the time of delivery. All damages for non-white glove deliveries must be reported to info@maodesigns.com within 24 hours of receiving the item. If 24 hours have passed, we will no longer be able to replace the damaged item.
SHIPPING POLICY
SMALLER GOODS & DOMESTIC ITEMS
All Domestic US purchases of smaller goods and decor items are shipped by UPS or USPS. All orders are shipped from Goffstown, NH, unless otherwise stated. Please note: Time frames listed are once payment has been processed, which can take up to 7 business days. Domestic shipping costs are calculated by item weight. Please note that changes to an address cannot be made after 48 hours of order receipt. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any changes. Additionally, once the item is picked up by the carrier, it is no longer under our control. If an item arrives damaged, you must report this to us within 24 hours to resolve this issue. We reserve the right to deny any damage claims after 24 hours have passed.
New Hampshire local delivery is available for goods and small furnishings 25 miles from our warehouse in Goffstown, NH. This is charged at a flat rate of $150. Shipping rates are subject to change at any time and without notice. This delivery charge is not including our freight furnishings.
